As of the past year, I have lost interest in most types of films. The one genre of films that have actually had the opposite effect on me have been documentaries. That's why I am making a list of the top documentaries I've seen, and the links to watching them all for free. These films have shaped the way I perceive our world today. They might change the way you think too. Check them out if you can, you won't be disappointed!
Zeitgeist Series:
Zeitgeist The Movie
Zeitgeist: Addendum
The Corporation
What the Bleep Do We Know?
The Union
Please check these films out if you ever get the chance. If you have time to watch Pineapple Express more than once in your life, then you have time to watch these. Feel free to discuss here if you wish.

Just making an observation, 3 of these are conspiratorials(sp) (Zeitgeist, Addendum, What the Bleep do we Know). One of them is a leftist organization who doesn't believe in completely free-market economy. That last one appears to be a legitament doc. I would just render to say, be careful what you watch and how much you watch of it. Only watching one side constantly is propganda.
ReplyDeleteBut having grown up watching the other side for 18 years seems to be enough proof for me. There is just too much evidence pointing out these tyrants and yet people still don't care to question them.
ReplyDeleteYou find it appealing like most people who want answers do. It's very common.
ReplyDeleteSo do you find any truth in these videos?
ReplyDeleteSeriously, watch out for zeitgeist and movies like it. A lot of that is just straight up disinformation. Some of it is relevant and true, but a lot of it is just straight up distortion of facts, bullshit, speculative and non-proven "connections", and stuff they throw at you expecting you not to fact check them and accept it as truth. I haven't seen it in a long time, so I can't give you any specific things.
ReplyDeleteTrust me, I've done a lot of reading and researching and looked at things from maannyyy different angles. It's honestly best to just avoid videos like that and look at factual history. You should start reading/watching things by Noam Chomsky and Howard Zinn. 2 intellectuals who know A LOT about history and the atrocities America has committed; and, they speak only factual information.
It's good you are getting into this stuff, but just be careful about your sources. By the way, you should definitely look up WACO and the Oklahoma City Bombing. 2 fucked up things that the government have tried spinning in their favor, but the evidence against them is in plain sight.
Good luck, sir!
